Marcella has been a licensed real estate broker since
1985.  She opened her first real estate
company right out of school (that was allowed in 1985😊).  She has always loved the challenge and
opportunity to make a difference in an agent’s career.

Marcella will tell you training, and professionalism is
extremely important.  Having been a
principal broker/owner and a successful agent business coach for several
franchise’s including Re/Max, Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams
she has seen many opportunities to understand the importance of agents
advancing through school, passing the test, then learning to apply the actual
practice of Real Estate law and principals as well as ethics.

Marcella started her real estate career to make a difference
in the quality of life she shared with her husband and four children.  Her big “why” has always been centered around
being the best mother and now Mimi to her 9 grandchildren…ask her about her
first sale and using that commission to take her family to Disney World.  It’s a fun story and as she tells it you will
see her passion for both business and family.

Today… With decades of leadership and business experience
Marcella is still passionate about helping other people find their dreams,
build their Legacy and live life intentionally.
